Looking for the cheapest way to fly in major U.S. cities? A new low-cost airline company is now offering inexpensive airline tickets for just $9 each way.

JetAmerica, operated by Miami International Inc., is offering 9 seats for $9. The $9 applies to the first 9 seats on each plane flying to and from the following U.S. cities:

  • New York City via Newark Airport
  • Toledo/Detroit via Toledo Express Airport
  • Minneapolis/St. Paul via (MSP)
  • Lansing/Michigan via Lansing Airport
  • South Bend/Michiana via (SBN)
  • Orlando/Melbourne FL via (MLB)

An additional $5 convenience fee will be added per ticketed passenger. Book your ticket online if you do not want to pay $10 that will be assessed if you call their reservation hot line.

United Airlines low fares to Japan

Here is how it works. Purchase your air ticket by May 27, 2009. This airfare special requires a 3 day advance purchase for travel from June 5, 2009 to August 31, 2009. Trip is valid Monday through Thursday and a 3 night minimum stay in Japan is required, however, a maximum stay of 90 days is allowed.

Fares are based on round trip purchase. For example, fare to Osaka from Chicago is $326. One-way based on round trip purchase. Fare to Tokyo from Austin, Texas is $ 329, one-way based on round trip purchase.
